Nunez-Herrera for the interim WBC title in the Kabayel-Knyba undercard

On January 10, a boxing night will take place in Oberhausen, Germany, where Ricardo Nunez (26-7, 22 KOs) and Jadier Herrera (17-0, 15 KOs) will fight for the interim WBC lightweight title. The full champion of the World Boxing Council in this weight category is Shakur Stevenson, who will face Teofimo Lopez at the end of January in the super lightweight division and may continue to perform in a heavier weight category thereafter.

The main event of the January evening in Oberhausen will be a fight for the interim WBC heavyweight title between Agit Kabayel (26-0, 18 KOs) and Damian Knyba (17-0, 11 KOs). More than 10,000 fans will be able to watch this event live at the Rudolf Weber arena.
