Undefeated WBC titleholder in the under 63kg category Caroline Dubois from London has signed a contract with Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) and will appear on December 19 in the undercard of the boxing evening, where her now new promoter Jake Paul will face former two-time heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua.

Dubois (11-0-1 5 KOs) will defend her title against Italian Camila Panatta (8-2-1, 1 KO). Their scheduled 10-round fight will take place in the undercard of the tournament at the Kaseya Center sports complex arena in Miami, Florida, and will be streamed on Netflix.

"Signing with MVP is the next step in my career, and I am proud to be a part of their team now," Dubois said in an interview with BoxingScene. "I believe they can help me in my pursuit of greatness. My mission is to become the face of women's boxing. I'm very excited to debut on MVP and Netflix. Winning, winning in style, making a statement on the biggest stage and platform is my dream and main motivation."

Dubois joins a very talented team in women's boxing. Her current roster already includes Amanda Serrano, as well as three reigning champions who will defend their titles in this tournament: Alycia Baumgardner, Cherneka Johnson, and Yokasta Valle.

24-year-old Dubois was part of the 2020 Great Britain Olympic team and quickly became a leader in the lightweight division after Irishwoman Katie Taylor officially moved to 140 pounds. Dubois won the interim WBC title in July 2024 in a category up to 135 pounds and then achieved full champion status. Since then, she has successfully defended her title twice: in January, she drew with Jessica Camara, and in March, she won by majority decision over Bo Mi Rae Shin.

"Caroline Dubois was the most sought-after free agent in women's boxing," claim MVP co-founders Nakisa Bidarian and Jake Paul in a joint statement. "We are very excited that she joined MVP. She is a champion, Olympic champion, and a rising star in the UK and beyond. On Friday, December 19, she will make her debut with MVP, joining the packed Jake Paul – Anthony Joshua card in her third world championship title defense."

"Adding an undefeated world champion of Caroline's caliber is another key element of this vision," added Bidarian and Paul. "She will join our elite British contingent, and we look forward to giving her the opportunity to continue her ascent at the MVP tournament in the UK in early 2026."
