The cause of Ricky Hatton's death named

Ricky Hatton, a former world champion, died by suicide. Senior coroner Alison Matchett stated this, adding that it is a preliminary version.

“The preliminary cause is death by hanging,” Reuters quotes the coroner.

Let us remind you that in 2016, the Briton admitted to BBC that he had attempted to take his own life several times. Before that, he had spoken openly about his battle with depression.
