Benavidez shook Bivol during the last sparring session

David Benavidez, the WBC light heavyweight world champion, stated that he shook Dmitry Bivol during their last sparring session.

"If you shake someone in sparring, you can shake them in a fight. Sparred with him a lot, shook him in the last sparring session. I was only 22 years old then, while he is much more experienced. But I had enough experience to do it. Now I am smarter and more versatile," Benavidez said in an interview with the YouTube channel Ring Champs with Ak & Barak.
