Eddie Hearn's Stark Message for Jake Paul: "Anthony Joshua Will..."

Eddie Hearn, Joshua's promoter, recently spoke about the potential fight. He said, "This is very real," after talking with Nakisa Bidarian, Jake Paul's associate. Hearn thinks there's a 50/50 chance the fight will happen.

Bidarian, co-founder of Most Valuable Promotions, called the possible match-up "Biblical proportions" and suggested it could take place in 2026.

But not everyone's thrilled about the idea. Hearn hopes Joshua will "destroy" Paul, calling it "a brutal beatdown, an easy night at the office."

Journalist Gareth A. Davies voiced concerns about the match. He said:

"It doesn't seem safe. I don't think it should be sanctioned by any commission."

Davies worries about the physical risk to Paul, whom he calls "a regional level boxer," facing a heavyweight like Joshua.

Turki Alalshikh, Chairman of Riyadh Season, changed his mind about the fight. At first, he didn't like the idea. Now, he sees it as a way to settle the "Jake Paul problem." Alalshikh said:

"If Joshua destroys him, the headache is over. If Jake Paul wins, we will know that he deserves to be in boxing."

The match could mean different things for each fighter. For Paul, it's a chance to prove himself against a top boxer. For Joshua, it could be an easy win, but it might also put his reputation on the line.

Many details about the potential fight remain unclear. But if it happens, it will likely draw a huge crowd.
