Manny Pacquiao says Naoya Inoue will beat Gervonta Davis if they fight. The eight-division world champion thinks Inoue's style looks a lot like his own when he was younger.

Davis, the WBA world lightweight champion from Baltimore, hasn't lost his belt since winning it six years ago against Yuriorkis Gamboa. He's 30 years old now and goes by the nickname 'Tank'. His last fight ended in a split decision draw with Lamont Roach Jr. earlier this year.

Inoue, known as 'The Monster', is the undisputed super-bantamweight champion. He's 32, from Japan, and hasn't lost in 30 fights. He just beat Ramon Cardenas in Las Vegas on May 4. His next fight is set for September 14 against Murodjon Akhmadaliev at the IG Arena in Nagoya.

Davis likes the idea of fighting Inoue. He said:

"That would be a fun fight. Now that would be technical. That fight right there, me and him… I'll probably be too big for him, but that fight right there it's like [a dream] fight."

But Pacquiao doesn't think Davis' size will matter. In an interview, he said:

"Inoue is fast. Inoue's style is like when I was young."

A lot of people think Inoue might be the best boxer in the world right now. Davis hasn't officially said he'll fight Roach again, but fans want to see it happen.
