Froch does not want Itauma to fight Usyk or Dubois right now

Karl Froch, a former world champion and now an expert and analyst, commented on the undefeated British prospect Moses Itauma.

“I definitely wouldn’t put him against Usyk. Alexander is in great shape, he is 38 years old, and he has a big fight against Dubois ahead. Perhaps if you put Itauma against Usyk, he would dominate with powerful punches. Maybe he will destroy Dubois.

But first, Itauma needs to be nurtured. You can’t just throw him into the deep end and hope he swims. There’s no need to rush and put him against Usyk or Dubois. Let the fans want to see these fights,” Froch’s words are cited by BoxingScene.
