Chris Eubank Jr Reveals His Boxing Nemesis: "A Real Low Life"

Eubank Jr. just beat Conor Benn in April after their first fight got cancelled in October 2022 when Benn failed a drug test. Now, he's got his sights set on a rematch with Saunders, who narrowly beat him on points back in 2015.

On the Diary of a CEO podcast, Eubank Jr. didn't hold back when talking about Saunders:

"There's very few people in the sport, in the planet really, that I genuinely dislike, he is one of those people. Billy Joe is a drug cheat too. So, [I dislike] Billy Joe [more]. because not only is he a drug cheat, he is actually a real scummy human being and I don't talk about anyone like this so if I'm saying it about him there's a reason."

Eubank Jr. went on to say that Saunders is bad for boxing:

"He is a bad, bad person, a terrible advocate for the sport, just a real low life human being. I don't say that about any of the guys I've fought. I'm not even saying that about Conor. Even though he cheated, he's still somebody that I can see some of the things he does and I can see why people like him. There's nothing to like about Billy Joe Saunders. And for that reason I would love to get my hands on him because he does have a win over me that I don't believe he deserves."

Saunders, a two-weight world champion, hasn't fought since losing to Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez in 2021. He's hinted at making a comeback, though.

Eubank Jr. wants to set the record straight after his 2015 loss to Saunders. He feels the win wasn't fair and square. With both fighters still active, fans might get to see them settle their beef in the ring soon.
