Plant lost to Canelo four years ago. It was his first defeat as a pro. Now, he's ready to try again. The 32-year-old from Tennessee thinks a few small changes could make a big difference.

"Yeah, I believe so. As soon as we fought, the next day I'm like 'Man if we fight again I'm gonna beat him', you know that's just how I feel you know, a few minor adjustments and get the job done."

Plant shared these thoughts in an interview with Sean Zittel.

Canelo, now 34, has had nearly 70 fights. He's won world titles in four weight classes. On May 3, he beat William Scull in Riyadh. This win made him the undisputed super-middleweight champion for the second time.

Before Plant can think about Canelo, he's got other fights lined up. On May 31, he'll face Jose Armando Resendiz at the Michelob Ultra Arena in Las Vegas. After that, he's expected to fight Jermall Charlo later this year.

Charlo is also getting back in the ring. He'll fight Thomas LaManna on the same card as Plant vs Resendiz. It's a big return for Charlo after a long break from boxing.

The super-middleweight division is heating up. With Canelo at the top and fighters like Plant and Charlo in the mix, fans can look forward to some great matchups.
