Usyk won their first fight, stopping Dubois in the ninth round. That match had some controversy due to a low blow incident. Since then, both fighters have made big moves in the heavyweight division.
Usyk beat Tyson Fury to become the undisputed heavyweight champion. He later dropped the IBF belt to keep his promise of a rematch with Dubois. Dubois then got promoted to full IBF champion and defended his title against Anthony Joshua, winning with a knockout.
Former cruiserweight champion Tony Bellew thinks Usyk will win again. He told Bet365:
"Usyk is the best heavyweight in the world. He's probably the best heavyweight of our era. He's already made Dubois quit once, and I think he'll do it again. I see Usyk stopping him between rounds eight and 12."
Bellew knows what it's like to face Usyk. The Ukrainian knocked him out in 2018, in Usyk's last fight as a cruiserweight.
But Bellew also had good things to say about Dubois:
"Dubois has been amazing. He's proved me wrong on multiple occasions. He's got a chance in this fight. He's at the most confident stage of his career and has overcome adversity."
If Usyk wins, he'll be aiming to become a two-time undisputed heavyweight champion. That would make him a three-time undisputed champ overall, counting his cruiserweight reign.
The BBC reports that both teams are staying quiet about the fight for now. They've said there's no news to share and they'll make an official announcement if that changes.
Fans will have to wait a bit longer for confirmation, but it looks like we might see Usyk vs Dubois 2 this summer at Wembley.
