Carl Froch wants Joe Joyce to stop boxing and start throwing darts instead. The former super middleweight world champion and Hall of Famer thinks it's time for Joyce to call it quits after his recent loss to Filip Hrgovic.

Froch, who retired in 2015 after beating George Groves at Wembley Stadium, has some serious worries about Joyce's health. The heavyweight boxer, nicknamed "The Juggernaut," is around 40 years old and has taken some hard hits lately. He lost to Hrgovic on points and got stopped twice by Zhilei Zhang before that.

In an interview with Casino Beats, Froch didn't hold back his thoughts on Joyce's future:

"Joe Joyce should retire. Hrgovic will probably punch his head in, but Joe Joyce might just beat him if he doesn't get chinned. It's quite an interesting fight. Joe Joyce for me has always been a good fighter in terms of he's just fit and strong and ruthless."

Froch remembers Joyce as a tough guy who keeps going no matter what. He said:

"He's got that ring name the juggernaut and the juggernaut just keeps going, prodding along and he can't stop. He's big and heavy and he just walks through f**king walls."

But now, Froch sees signs that Joyce can't take punches like he used to. He's also worried about how Joyce talks:

"So he's about 40. And when he talks, I know he is not the most vibrant sort of enthusiastic talker, but there's moments in there where you're saying, 'hang on a minute, you should be speaking now.' So what's going on up there? What's wrong there? Why are you not talking?"

Froch's advice is clear:

"When you can't take the punch anymore, it's time to f**king hang the gloves up and take up darts."

Froch isn't alone in thinking Joyce should retire. Tony Bellew agrees, and even Joyce's own promoter, Frank Warren, has hinted at it. But Joyce himself says he's not done yet.

The boxing world will watch closely to see what Joyce decides to do next. Will he listen to Froch and others, or will he step back into the ring for another round?
