Eddie Hearn has withdrawn the lawsuit he filed against Jake Paul, who accused the Matchroom Boxing executive of bribing referee Glen Feldman in Katie Taylor 's first fight against Amanda Serrano. Hearn was seeking $100 million in damages from Paul.
Feldman was also criticized for favoring former world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua in the rematch, which Oleksandr Usyk won by split judges' decision, while Paul was particularly unhappy with his 97-93 card in Taylor's favor.
The parties reached an amicable agreement, although Paul appeared to be on the losing side. The American, along with Hearn, plans to organize a third fight between Taylor and Serrano in July.
The lawsuit was filed in September 2022. The terms of the agreement between Hearn and Paul were not disclosed.
