Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn are set to face off on April 26, reigniting a long-time British rivalry. The fight has got people talking, including Roy Jones Jr, who used to train Eubank Jr.

Jones Jr thinks Eubank Jr has some key advantages, but he's not counting Benn out. He shared his thoughts on a recent podcast.

"I think Eubank is definitely the bigger guy, the more experienced guy, but you can never take Benn's one punch ability away from him. If Benn lands just one, then who knows what might happen. I like Eubank but Benn is coming from 140."

Eubank Jr comes into the fight with a record of 34 wins, including 25 knockouts. He's on a good run, having stopped Liam Smith in their rematch and scoring a TKO against Kamil Szeremeta last October.

Benn, on the other hand, is undefeated in 23 fights with 14 knockouts. He's been fighting in the USA recently, going the distance in his last two bouts.

The size difference between the two fighters is a big talking point. Benn is moving up two weight classes for this fight. To even things out, Eubank Jr has agreed to a 10lbs rehydration clause, limiting how much weight he can gain after the weigh-in.

Opinions are split on who will win. Eubank Jr has the size and experience at world level. But Benn brings youth, self-belief, and aggression to the ring.

Jones Jr summed it up well on the Fight Night podcast. He gives Eubank Jr the edge but knows Benn's power could change everything in an instant.

The stage is set for an exciting clash between these two British rivals. Will Eubank Jr's size and experience win out, or will Benn's power and youth cause an upset? We'll find out on April 26.
