Jake Paul wants to fight Anthony Joshua. The former YouTuber turned boxer recently issued a challenge to the British heavyweight on his podcast.

Paul's boxing career has gained momentum since his victory against Mike Tyson on Netflix in November. He now boasts a record of 11 wins and 1 loss, with 7 of those wins coming by knockout.

The controversial boxer had his sights set on a fight with Canelo Alvarez in February. But those plans fell through when Alvarez got a better offer from Turki Alalshikh of Saudi Arabia.

Now, Paul has turned his attention to Joshua. On his "BS with Jake Paul" podcast, he didn't mince words:

"I want to fight Anthony Joshua. Because I know I'm going to beat Anthony Joshua."

Paul didn't stop there. He criticized Joshua's skills, saying, "He has no jaw, no skill and he's stiff." Despite the harsh words, Paul claimed they're friends.

Joshua's last fight in September ended in a loss to Daniel Dubois. The British boxer was knocked down four times during the match. This defeat adds to Joshua's record of 28 wins and 4 losses, with 25 of those wins by knockout.

Joshua's career has seen highs and lows. He's been the unified world heavyweight champion twice, most recently from December 2019 to September 2021.

Paul started his boxing journey on the YouTube scene. He made his debut on the undercard of the first KSI vs Logan Paul fight, facing off against Deji, KSI's brother. Since then, he's transitioned to become a full-time boxer.

A fight with Joshua would be a big step up for Paul. The British heavyweight's experience and power would make him a tough opponent for the YouTuber-turned-boxer.
