Terence Crawford and Canelo Alvarez are set to face off in Las Vegas this September. The fight will likely be one of the biggest boxing events of the year.

Crawford's taking a big step up in weight for this one. He's jumping from welterweight all the way to super-middleweight at 168lbs. If he wins, he'll become a five-weight world champion.

There's even more at stake for Crawford. He could become a three-weight undisputed champion if Canelo beats IBF champion William Scull in May. That's a huge achievement in boxing.

Crawford's coming into this fight as the underdog. It's not surprising given the big jump in weight he's making. His recent fight at 154lbs against Israil Madrimov for the WBA super-welterweight title didn't wow fans like his welterweight performances. But let's not forget his impressive wins over guys like Errol Spence Jr and Shawn Porter at welterweight.

Legendary promoter Bob Arum, who used to work with Crawford, shared his thoughts on the fight with Fight Hub TV. He's picking Canelo to win:

"It's an interesting fight, but I think there's only one winner. Canelo is used to fighting at a particular level and I don't think that Terence can hurt Canelo, but Canelo can hurt Terence."

But not everyone agrees with Arum. An unnamed former super-middleweight champion thinks Crawford will 'cruise past' Canelo.

The fight's now officially confirmed, and fans can't wait to see how it plays out. Will Crawford's skills translate to the higher weight class? Or will Canelo's power and experience at super-middleweight prove too much? We'll find out in September.
