Derek Chisora, the popular heavyweight known as "Del Boy," is gearing up for his 49th professional fight. He's set to face Otto Wallin on February 8 in Manchester. But Chisora's got his sights set on a bigger goal: reaching the milestone of 50 career fights before hanging up his gloves.

Chisora's career record stands at 35 wins and 13 losses. He's gained a reputation for his entertaining fighting style, always moving forward and throwing big punches from the first bell to the last. This approach has made him a fan favorite in the heavyweight division.

His upcoming opponent, Otto Wallin, is no pushover. The Swedish boxer gave Tyson Fury a tough fight in 2019, inflicting a nasty cut on the "Gypsy King." More recently, Wallin faced Anthony Joshua in December 2023 but was stopped by the former champion.

Chisora's recent run has been a mix of highs and lows. He scored a unanimous decision win over Joe Joyce last July and beat Gerald Washington before that. These victories came after a string of losses, including a third defeat to Tyson Fury and two losses to Joseph Parker. He also pushed Oleksandr Usyk to the limit in what was only Usyk's second heavyweight fight.

Looking ahead to his 50th and final fight, Chisora has an unusual plan for choosing his opponent. In a recent interview with BoxNation, he said:

"I'd have to do a coin toss between Dillian Whyte and Jarrell Miller."

Whyte has beaten Chisora twice before, in 2016 and 2018. He's currently set to face Ebenezer Tetteh on December 15, marking his return to the ring after being cleared of drug test allegations.

Miller, on the other hand, was scheduled to fight Chisora in March but pulled out due to promotional issues.

Chisora's unique approach to choosing his final opponent fits with his reputation for dramatic build-ups and entertaining fights. Fans will have to wait and see who wins the coin toss for the chance to face "Del Boy" in his 50th and final bout.
