Oliver McCall, the 59-year-old former heavyweight champion, has won a comeback fight and called out Jake Paul. The "Atomic Bull" returned to the ring on November 20, 2024, in Nashville, following Mike Tyson's recent high-profile bout against Paul.

McCall's comeback took place at the Texas Troubadour Theatre, sanctioned by the Tennessee Athletic Commission and promoted by Jimmy Adams Promotions. He faced 54-year-old Stacy Frazier, who had a record of 16 wins and 23 losses. The fight, scheduled for four rounds, ended in the second when McCall stopped his opponent.

The former champ's return comes after a five-year break from the sport. McCall fought consistently until 2007 and then sporadically until 2019. He's known for shocking the world in 1994 when he defeated Lennox Lewis for the WBC World Heavyweight Title. Their 1997 rematch ended controversially when McCall had a mental episode in the ring and refused to fight on.

After his recent win, McCall said, "Next fight I'm gonna be about 10 pounds lighter so you're gonna see a bit more technique." He added, "I can punch, I can definitely punch. My defence is pretty decent. I'm ready for anybody."

The veteran fighter then set his sights on the Paul brothers. "I'll knock Jake Paul out," McCall declared. "Get revenge for Nate Robinson and what he done with Mike Tyson." He didn't stop there, adding, "I want to whoop Logan Paul, too."

McCall's callout comes after Jake Paul's victory over 58-year-old Mike Tyson. In that fight, Tyson lost by unanimous decision over eight two-minute rounds, only looking threatening in the opening minute. After the loss, Tyson announced his second and final retirement.

It's worth noting that McCall has never been knocked down in his 76-fight career. However, fans likely won't be eager to see this potential matchup. Jake Paul has received callouts from several fighters, including active undisputed champion Artur Beterbiev.

McCall's determination to continue his career has been evident for years. Now, at 59, he's still looking for big fights. You can see a video of McCall's recent victory here.
