Teofimo Lopez, the WBO bantamweight champion of the world, has spoken about his boxing earnings.
"I make concessions financially all the time. I've never made over a million dollars for my fight before. I remember everyone talking about how during the pandemic when my fight with Lomachenko took place, he gave me 800 thousand on top, but that never happened. I ended up going home with 460k after that fight with the p4p leader who was overtaking Terence Crawford and Saul Alvarez at the time. I got about $700,000 or $800,000 in the Josh Taylor fight too," Lopez said in his interview with YouTube channel Come And Talk 2 Me.
