Garcia assessed Benavides' chances in fights with Bivol and Beterbiev

"Can Benavides compete at flyweight? I believe he can, but it won't be easy. I think he's much better at middleweight, he's a monster there. I don't think we'll see a monster at flyweight. However, I can envision him winning. Benavides could beat Bivol or Beterbiev. I think he could beat either of them, but those are tough fights. I would rather he stay at middleweight," Garcia said in an interview with Fight Hub TV's YouTube channel.
