The other day Top Rank head Bob Arum announced that the fight between Gervonta Davis and Vasyl Lomachenko could take place this November. Today, well-known journalist and insider Michael Benson wrote a post on his social networks, quoting Arum, which says that negotiations on the fight will resume next week.
"Negotiations between Gervonta Davis and Vasyl Lomachenko on a possible fight for the WBA and IBF titles in November-December will resume next week", - wrote Benson.
Recall, Davis is the lightweight champion of the world according to the WBA, and Lomachenko - according to the IBF.
