"You won't regret it". Gvozdik promises a spectacle in his fight with Benavides

Former world champion Ukrainian Oleksandr Gvozdyk spoke about the upcoming fight against undefeated American David Benavides, which will be held on June 15 in Las Vegas. At stake will be the interim WBC flyweight belt.

"David is moving up in weight, he's still a big guy. I know he's going to be in his best shape and so am I, and I don't care about the rest. My opponent has more professional fights and he's already a very experienced fighter. If we talk about professional experience, we are about equal. He might be a little bit superior to me in that, as Benavides has had more tougher opponents. But I had a long amateur career. I've had 250 fights in the amateurs. So I have a lot to show for it.

Either way fans are in for an exciting and great fight. You will not regret if you watch it," stated the Ukrainian.
