The 29-year-old was previously the interim WBC champion, but his status changed after the Crawford decision. Such a decision could be the reason for Pac-Man's return, and it's one that Barrios himself is looking forward to with great anticipation.
"I will be very excited to make this fight. Manny is a future member of the Hall of Fame and a true boxing legend, so it will be an honor to share the ring with him. Another dream of mine could come true," Barrios said in anticipation.
