According to media reports, after being detained at the Beverly Hills Police Department, Garcia complained of feeling unwell and was later taken to a medical center for evaluation and treatment.
Garcia's attorney released a statement saying that Garcia has been open about his mental health issues over the years, and added that the boxer is currently struggling with a huge emotional burden after a failed doping scandal in his fight with Devin Haney.
