Anthony Joshua, former world heavyweight champion, commented on Deontay Wilder's loss to Zhang Zhilei in his fight against Zhang Zhilei.

"Am I disappointed with Wilder's defeat? No, it is what it is. Deontay stepped into the ring against a good boxer. If he wants to fight, let him keep fighting, but he's got a family and a life outside of boxing after all. If he wants to fight me, he should be given a chance.
