Former world boxing champion from New Zealand Joseph Parker named the recipe for victory over the current division hegemon, Ukrainian Alexander Usyk.
“Usyk is an excellent boxer, very technical. He has high boxing intelligence. In a fight against him, you must apply pressure and respond to each punch. Usyk throws a lot of punches, you need to be in good shape, with high endurance, able to maintain the pace from the first to the last round,” Parker said in an interview with Kieran Eckel.
Recall that earlier the WBO mandated Usyk and Parker to agree on a match by the end of August.
