Whittaker assessed McGregor's chances of getting back on top

Former UFC middleweight champion Robert Whittaker doesn't believe Conor McGregor will be able to compete at a high level in the promotion again after suffering a broken leg and a three-year layoff.

"Conor has made a huge contribution to our sport. He still gets a lot of attention and everything. That was especially evident when he was working on the movie Roadhouse. It's getting attention, which is pretty great for him, but as far as MMA is concerned - McGregor is past it. Understand, combat sports - this is not a game that can be played in part-time," - quotes Whittaker MMA News.

Recall, on June 29 at the UFC 303 tournament in Las Vegas, USA, McGregor will fight Michael Chandler.
