Polish UFC lightweight Mateusz Gamroth criticized the promotion's former featherweight champion Charles Oliveira, who previously stated that he was not interested in a fight with Mateusz.

"I asked for a fight with Oliveira, but he decided to pick Colby. This guy only fights once a year, and since 2019, Covington has lost three fights out of five. I thought you were above that, Charles. You know I'm going to give you a tough fight on the ground, but maybe that's why you want the Colby fight," MMAJunkie quoted Gamrott as saying.
