Beterbiev spoke about his recovery

Artur Beterbiev, the current WBC, WBO, IBF light heavyweight champion of the world, talked about how his recovery from injury is going.

"The most unpleasant thing is behind us! I thank David for quickly and qualitatively performed the surgery, did everything possible to help solve the problem. Everything went well, now we have recovery, procedures and return to training ahead of us. Thank you all for understanding and support, I think everything will be fine soon!" - wrote Beterbiev in social networks.

Recall that on June 1, Beterbiev was to hold a bout with Dmitry Bivol, the world champion in the WBA light-heavyweight division. However, Beterbiev was injured and withdrew from the fight.
