Promoter of former middleweight champion Gennady Golovkina Tom Loeffler answered evasively when asked about his client’s future plans.
“Golovkin certainly achieved everything he needed to achieve in the ring. From a financial point of view, everything is fine with him. Whether he fights further or not is up to him,” Boxing Scene quotes Loeffler as saying.
We would like to remind you that in June Golovkin voluntarily resigned as IBO champion. This was the last title remaining for the Kazakh veteran.
