Usik's father beat friends who did not believe in Alexander's victory at the Olympic Games

Alexander Usik, world heavyweight champion according to WBA, WBO, IBF, told a story from his childhood about how his father beat his friends because they did not believe that Alexander would become an Olympic champion.

“I have a story. When I was not yet an Olympic champion, my dad told his friends that I would become an Olympic champion. And they answered him: “Who?” Sanya? Don't be kidding! How can a guy from Simferopol get to such a peak? “And dad beat them because they didn’t believe in me.”
