Khabib called for amnesty for participants in Jewish pogroms in Dagestan

Former UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov called not to punish the participants in the recent riots at Makhachkala airport.

A well-known fighter in the past reposted the publication of European freestyle wrestling champion Makhmud Magomedov, who addressed the head of Dagestan Sergei Melikov with a request to grant an amnesty to the people who broke into Makhachkala airport on October 29, trying to find Israeli citizens.

“Please, there is no need to ruin the fates of young guys and punish them so that others are supposedly afraid. It doesn’t work like that here. It’s time to understand and enter into an open dialogue with the people. Show a gesture of kindness,” Magomedov wrote on Instagram.

“Allah is forgiving and loves those who forgive,” Nurmagomedov commented on the publication.

It is worth recalling that the most popular on social networks Russian never once spoke out about the monstrous war that his country unleashed in Ukraine.
