Former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou reacted to the news that the fight between John John, the current champion, and Stipe Miocic canceled.
“Well, I think this is sad news. It's never good news when athletes get injured. Mainly in training. I hope he gets well. I was very interested in watching this fight and finding out who would win. You can't blame anyone for something like this. This can happen to anyone. It could happen here. It sucks, but it can happen to anyone,” Ngannou said.
Let us remind you that Jones received a serious injury during preparation, due to which he will be able to return to the Octagon no earlier than in 8 months.
