Famous American trainer Freddie Roach shared his thoughts regarding the upcoming fight between the absolute champion of the second middle division Saul Alvarez and the holder of this title in the first secondary category Jermell Charlo, which will take place on September 30th in Las Vegas.

ā€œAlvarez had a great career. And while I think Gennady Golovkin had the upper hand in two out of three fights, I was still impressed with his performance. If Charlo had fought that version of Canelo, he wouldnā€™t have had a chance.

But the current version of the Mexican cannot cope with Jermell. Will Saul be able to avoid his left hook? I think no. Therefore, Iā€™m betting on an early victory for Charlo,ā€ the Boxing Scene specialist quotes.
