Video of the day. 57-year-old Mike Tyson works with a medicine ball

57 year old Mike Tyson, despite his advanced age, continues to keep himself in shape. On his Instagram, “Iron” Mike posted a video with the final seconds of working with a medicine ball.

Tyson recently spoke publicly about his battle with sciatica, a condition of the sciatic nerve. Due to sciatica last year, Tyson even had to sit in a wheelchair when leaving Miami International Airport. Mike's fans expressed concern about the "baddest man on the planet" after the said incident, but Tyson appears to continue to fight for his health.
