Former UFC light heavyweight title challenger Anthony Smith believes that the former women's flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko stopped in development.
Already on the night of September 17, Shevchenko will have a chance to regain the belt - her fight with Alexa Grasso will headline the Fight Night 227 show in Las Vegas.
“Shevchenko is not developing. Valentina was far ahead of everyone 10 years ago... However, if you look at her fights, she still looks the same as in her first fight with Nunes. Who improved the most between the first fight in March and this coming Sunday? I think Alexa Grasso,” Smith said in an interview with Michael Bisping.
