White plans to organize a rematch between Strickland and Adesanya

UFC President Dana White made it clear at the UFC 293 press conference that fans should expect a repeat fight between Sean Strickland And Israel Adesanya.

Let us remind you that today Strickland confidently defeated Adesanya by unanimous decision and won the middleweight title.

“Sean invaded enemy territory, the whole world said unpleasant things about him and did not believe in his victory. The huge underdog came out and almost finished Adesanya in the first round, beat him and became the champion, which just goes to show how crazy this sport is.

When opportunities arise, you need to grab them. Never turn down a fight, especially when it comes to a championship belt. I think there should definitely be a rematch,” White said.
