The head of the promotion company Top Rank Bob Arum reacted to the news that the coach of the absolute world welterweight champion Terence Crawford Brian McIntyre is arrested in Manchester.
“What did he want to do with the damn gun? The fact that many people in the United States have firearms has done a lot of harm. But to take a pistol to the UK, where there are competent laws regarding weapons... Again, I don’t know anything about this...,” said the functionary.
Let us remind you that McIntyre was detained at Manchester airport due to the fact that a pistol with a full clip was found in his luggage.
