Arum: 'I've been saying for years that Crawford is a lot better than Spence'

Promoter Bob Arum told why he was not surprised by the victory of the undisputed world welterweight champion Terence Crawford (40-0, 31 KOs) against Errol Spence (28-1, 22 KOs).

“I've been saying for years that Crawford is way better than Spence and it's been proven. It's not just that Crawford is a better fighter. Errol has always been monotonous, and Terence can fight like an ambidexter. This is very important, because if you look at Spence's track record, he only fought a couple of southpaws. This tells me that he and his team avoided fights with southpaws.
