Cormier congratulates Ngannou on fight against Fury

Former two-weight champion and UFC Hall of Famer Daniel Cormier reacted to the announcement of a duel between the former heavyweight title holder of the promotion Francis Ngannou and WBC champion Tyson Fury.

The boxing fight will take place on October 28 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

“You need to be a little naive to go out into this world like this and know your worth to such an extent that you stand your ground, even when it looks futile. Francis had had enough of that, but now he found that he could make more money than he ever imagined in his life. It's incredible.

This is a crazy turn for Ngannou and we are all very happy for him. I'm happy he gets paid that much," Cormier said on the DC & RC podcast.
