Former UFC Featherweight Champion Max Holloway does not part with the desire to return the belt, despite three defeats from the current "king" of the division Alexandra Volkanovski.

The American can take the first step towards this goal on the night of April 16, when he clashes with Briton Arnold Allen in the main event of the UFC on ESPN 44 tournament in Kansas City, Missouri, USA.

“I haven't finished yet. I want to return the title and set a record for the number of belt defenses. There are goals in the lightweight division, so I still have a lot to do.

I sacrificed a lot, as did my team for me. So this weekend is all or nothing. The fight will be freely available on ESPN and it will be the ultimate in brutality. I can't wait," Holloway was quoted as saying by BT.
