Former UFC Lightweight Champion Anthony Pettis after defeating the legendary boxer Roy Jones Jr. said that he would definitely continue his career in mixed martial arts.

On the night of April 2, Pettis defeated Jones by majority decision in an 8-round boxing match. The fight headlined the Gamebred Boxing 4 show in Showtime's hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.

“I have not finished in MMA yet, I have a lot of strength left. I definitely want to move up to welterweight. When I competed in lightweight, I didn’t feel like myself - I had to drop too much. I didn't feel well at the training camp. It remains to decide on the division and evaluate your capabilities. Now I am a free agent, ”Pettis quotes MMA Junkie.
