Junior Middleweight Boxer Tim Tszyu is days away from the toughest fight of his career. On the upcoming Saturday evening in Australia, Tszyu will meet with the former WBC world champion Tony Harrison at the Qudos Bank Arena on Sunday local time. The vacant WBO interim title will be at stake.

Tszyu was supposed to face the absolute champion Jermell Charlo, but the fight was postponed after the American was injured. The winner of the meeting Tszyu-Harrison will meet Charlo in the coming months. Harrison is so far the only fighter who was able to defeat Charlo, but the latter in a rematch was able to get even with him by knockout.

Tszyu, the son of Hall of Famer Kostya Tszyu, made his US debut last year against Olympian Terrell Gouche. The undefeated Australian hit the floor in the first round, but eventually won by unanimous decision.

"Everything was OK. I went and found out a little about Cristiano Ronaldo. I know he's not a boxer, but the way he approaches life is how I approach life right now - like a real, 100 percent athlete, dedicated to his craft and craft. Everything. The way I eat, when I eat, is real professionalism, ”said Tszyu.

“I know that when I was growing up, my father established military discipline in terms of his approach to life, and I am twice as good as he was. The funny thing is, as the rounds go on, I feel like I don't get tired. My breathing is normal and everything is going smoothly. Right now, I feel like I can run over anyone, and it's a nice feeling, especially on the eve of such a big fight," Tim Tszyu added.
