Ruiz pulls out of IBF eliminator with Hrgovic

Earlier, the IBF said it had approved a 60-40 split in favor of Hrgovic in future promotional bidding. Hrgovic remains the mandatory contender for this version and is likely to fight an interim bout this summer in anticipation of meeting title holder Oleksandr Usyk, who is in talks to unify the titles with Tyson Fury.
