Adesanya reveals plan to fight Pereira

The current UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya shared his expectations for the upcoming confrontation with Alex Pereira. "Izzy" said that he intended to offer the Brazilian a high pace, which he simply could not stand.

“I honestly think that everything will become clear during the first round, even during the first three minutes. We're just going to offer him a very high pace. He will not be able to maintain such a high pace. In the first round, you will see Alex start to fold. He won't be able to fight at such a high pace. I know what I'm capable of and I know that he can't stand it."

Adesanya also added that he has great motivation ahead of this fight, because he lost to Pereira twice under the rules of kickboxing.

Recall that the confrontation between Adesanya and Pereira will be held on November 12 as part of UFC 281.
