Cormier reveals how Silva disappointed him in fight with Jake Paul

Daniel Cormier, a former UFC champion in two weight categories, spoke about how he was disappointed by the former middleweight champion of the promotion Anderson Silva in a boxing match with Jake Paul.

“Do you know what I'm disappointed in? I feel that Anderson did exactly what he always does. If Silva had been more active, he would certainly have won, but he did not. There were many moments in the battle when the lack of activity cost him a won episode. He lost a few rounds in the beginning because he didn't do enough. When Anderson stepped on the gas, we saw that he is the best fighter. But he just didn't do it enough to win the fight, and then he got knocked down in the last round."

Recall that Paul defeated Silva by unanimous decision.
