Chandler explains why he decided not to wait for McGregor

Michael Chandler explains why he decided not to wait Conor McGregor and agreed to fight with Dustin Poirier. According to Chandler, he took this step because he was not sure about the return of the Irishman to the octagon.

“There are various rumors regarding McGregor. That he will fight Floyd Mayweather. It is also said that he will never return or fight until the end of the year. No one knows when McGregor will return. Therefore, it would be foolish to become attached to this fight."

Recall that the Chandler-Poirier fight will take place on November 12 in New York.
