Tsarukyan reported that Dos Anjos refused to fight him

Arman Tsarukyan, ranked number ten in the UFC lightweight division, said that Rafael Dos Anjos, the former champion of the promotion, refused to fight him.

"Since Dos Anjos refused to fight me, I expect to take his ranking position in next week's update.

If you don't want to defend your ranking position, you have to give it up. I can set an example by defending my place in the fight against Jalin Turner," Tsarukyan tweeted.

Tsarukyan, 25, had his last fight in late June, losing by unanimous decision to Mateusz Gamroth.
