Tsarukyan reported that Dos Anjos refused to fight him

No. 10 in the UFC lightweight division, Arman Tsarukyan, said former champion Rafael Dos Anjos has refused to fight him.

"Since Dos Anjos refused to fight me, I expect to take his place in the rankings in next week's update.

If you don't want to defend your ranking position, you have to give it up. I can set an example by defending my place in the fight against Jalin Turner," Tsarukyan tweeted.

Tsarukyan, 25, had his last fight in late June, losing by unanimous decision to Mateusz Gamroth.
