Marijuana-fortified snacks called "Mike Bites" have been launched in California. Their name and shape play on the theme of Tyson's second fight with Evander Holyfield in 1997. Tyson bit off part of Holyfield's ear during the fight and was disqualified. Mike's new snack is shaped like a bitten off ear.
Marijuana was a form of therapy for Tyson - the youngest world heavyweight champion in heavyweight history - although smoking large amounts of it also caused problems - in 2000, Mike's fight with Andrzej Golota was declared a no-contest due to doping discovered in his marijuana samples.
Today, Tyson cannabis products are available in various forms in most states that have legalized recreational marijuana. This includes Washington, Colorado, Oregon, Alaska, Massachusetts, Maine, California, Nevada, Vermont, and Michigan.
