Ngannou: "I will stop the hype around Gane"

UFC Heavyweight Champion Francis Ngannou stated that he was looking forward to the fight against the holder of the interim title Ciryl Gane to end the hype around his former teammate.

“Gane is good and talented, no doubt about that. That is why he ended up where he is now. But I'm just better. I'm the one who will stop all the hype around him. Do you know what is really funny about this fight? Everyone is talking about this fight and praising it,” Ngannou said on his YouTube channel.

Ngannou-Gane fight will take place on January 22 at UFC 270 in Anaheim.
