DuBoef: "We will try to make Kambosos fight for Lomachenko in 2022"

Vasyl Lomachenko (16-2, 11 KOs) will battle for the fight with George Kambosos (20-0, 10 KOs), the WBA, IBF and WBO lightweight champion. Top Rank is well aware of this.

“Lomachenko made it clear that he wants a fight with Kambosos. We will talk to the Australian team and try to have this duel in the first half of next year. Vasily is back with two valuable victories and is not refusing to fight anyone, so we will try to organize a Kambosos for him,” said Todd DuBoef, President of Top Rank.

While Kambosos has many options, only Lomachenko from the lightweight elite has not hesitated to travel to Australia, where the new champion wants another fight.
